Lisa Scott is a Senior Operations Manager with a Fortune 500 FinTech company where she leads a customer service organization of up to 250. She has grown her career with the company for the past 14 years, starting as an entry-level customer service representative, and held nine different positions with the company. Lisa is passionate in her role in bringing out the potential in people, inspiring others to bring their best every day, and thinking differently to achieve ongoing innovation. In addition to her leadership role, Lisa is active with her city's local Chamber of Commerce and leads an employee resource group for specially-abled employees.
