Scott Mautz spent over 20 years with Procter and Gamble, successfully running multi-million dollar businesses all while transforming organizational health scores along the way. He’s the author of two bestselling books. Make It Matter was named the 2016 Leadership Book of the Year. Mautz also has a new book on the shelves called Find The Fire. He teaches leadership at Indiana University and is involved in psychology and social science research.
