Simon Thomas always knew he wanted to work in real estate. After he sold a house on his first day, he was hooked. After a year of working in residential real estate, Simon hasn’t looked back. As his business continued to grow, he started a team to help agents grow, learn, and leverage each other. After a year, Simon decided to start his own brokerage--DOBI--where he and his team are implementing tools and support no other brokerages have.
